Nectarine Jam Ingredients: 6 cups chopped nectarine, seeded 3 cups sugar 4 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp all spice 1 tsp grated ginger Method: In a heavy based saucepan, add nectarines, lemon, ginger, all spice and sugar. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes or until nectarines are soft and tender. Remove any scum from the top of the fruit. Remove from the heat. Put jam in the warm sterilized jar and seal.
