I'm trying to eat 5-6 small meals a day to help speed up my metabolism but sometimes my work schedule just doesn't allow it, so I drink this instead. I also use it as my recovery shake after cardio. I like the powder much better than the premade shakes, tastes better and it's cheaper this way.
Fresh Young Coconut and Banana Smoothie. More of a mid-morning smoothie when you've got 10 minutes to let the smell of coconut transport your mind to the beach and swaying palm trees! Also a good dose of tryptophan from the bananas. Enjoy.
