FRIED MOZZARELLA 16 oz Mozzarella Cheese or sticks 2 Eggs Beaten 1/4 C Water 1 1/2 C Panko Crumbs 1/2 t Garlic Salt 1 t Italian Seasonings 2/3 C Flour 1/3 C Corn Starch Cut mozzarella if needed. Beat eggs with water. Mix bread crumbs, garlic salt, + Italian seasonings. Blend flour + corn starch. Heat veg oil to 360 degrees. Dip cheese in flour then in egg wash, + coat with bread crumbs. Place carefully in hot oil. Fry til golden - a few seconds, watch carefully, drain.

What is it about dipping foods that kids love so much? My kids DEVOUR these every time I make them. I like to serve with dip-able veggies to make the meal a little healthier. They love it!
