Chicken and Pineapple Skewers

Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple Skewers. Was kind of alot of work, but good. You do have to watch the grill closely or you will burn the chicken. I used the left over coconut milk and some water and made rice in the steamer. My husband commented on the rice more than the chicken. Worth a try
