Mexican Roll Ups Ingredients 1 pkg. Soft taco shells 1 pkg. Cream cheese ½ pkg. Taco seasoning 1½ c. grated cheese 2 tsp. chopped jalapenos small carton of sour cream garlic salt to taste Directions Mix the above ingredients (except the shells) and spread on each soft taco shell. Roll, slice, and refrigerate.
Taco Rollups: 2 pkg cream cheese (1/3 less fat), 1/2 cup finely shredded Mexican 4 or Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Seasoning (in the salad dressing aisle). Mix all together and spread evenly onto a medium sized tortilla or wrap. Then roll it up tightly and slowly, so it doesn't tear. Chill the roll-ups for 10-20 minutes uncovered.
