OCD Related Disorders. For a long time researchers believed that a number of conditions that exist with OCD are thought to be biologically linked to the disorder as part of an OCD-spectrum of disorders. These included Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Compulsive Skin Picking, Tourette Syndrome and Trichotillomania.
