This green pizza was created by food blogger Gianna Dinuzzo at her family’s restaurant, Mama Mia Pizzeria in Fresno. It's topped with homemade pesto, ricotta, spinach, garlic and artichokes and made with a gluten-free crust.
Green Beans and Bacon *First, you should cook the bacon with the olive oil only. This way the bacon actually cooks and greases instead of just boils with the stock. More flavor that way. *Second, use LOTS of pepper and use garlic salt instead. Again, more flavor. *Third, I added some liquid smoke (about four tablespoons and a couple shots of Worcestershire sauce. *Fourth, I used beef broth instead of chicken broth or stock, and less of it. Like, half a quart.
