Easy Caesar Salad. This is one of my favourite salads, it’s so creamy with crunchy croutons. The original Caesar Salad is prepared in restaurants with raw eggs as they make the mayonnaise dressing from scratch and on order, but in this recipe, I am not using raw eggs but store bought mayonnaise, also garlic, mustard, and anchovies, don’t worry you won’t taste the anchovies. You can also add grilled chicken breast and serve it as a main course or entree.
A rich and favourful take on the classic chicken and leek pie. Although it takes a long time to cook there's little effort involved. For this recipe you will need a 1.2 litre/2 pint pudding bowl and a very large lidded saucepan for steaming.
