Chinese-style pork fillet with fried rice. I served 2 adults & 2 toddlers. I used 350g pork,1tsp 5spice, 1tbsp honey, & not all of the cornflour). Also used oil for frying! For the rice I used oil for frying, a whole bunch of spring onions (put half in before the rice and half at the end), a mug full of frozen peas and sweetcorn, a little soy sauce, and also a few cashew nuts at the end. I made an omelette with 3 eggs, and served it separately, as the kids love omelette but not pork.
