This illustrates the story from the Mahabharata where Draupadi, the wife of the Pandava brothers, prays to Lord Krishna for help and is saved by His making the cloth of her sari endless so she can not be humiliated.
"O Brahma-, it is I, the Personality of Godhead, who was existing before the creation, when there was nothing but Myself. Nor was there the material nature, the cause of this creation. That which you see now is also I, the Personality of Godhead, and after annihilation what remains will also be I, the Personality of Godhead." (Bhag.2.9.33)
SB 2.4.19: He is the Supersoul and the Supreme Lord of all self-realized souls. He is the personification of the Vedas, religious scriptures and austerities. He is worshiped by Lord Brahmā and Śiva and all those who are transcendental to all pretensions. Being so revered with awe and veneration, may that Supreme Absolute be pleased with me.
