The Irish actor LIAM CUNNINGHAM grew up in East Wall, an inner city area in North Dublin. Dropping out of secondary school at 15, he pursued a career as an electrician. In the 1980s, Cunningham moved to Zimbabwe for three years where he maintained electrical equipment at a safari park and trained Zimbabwean electricians. After returning to Ireland, Cunningham became dissatisfied with his career and decided to train as an actor. Wow, who says that life doesn't give us 2nd chances?

Liam Cunningham (Davos Seaworth) - That stern stare seems to be a permanent fixture for Liam Cunningham. Without the intense, black and white beard of his "Games of Thrones" counterpart Davos Seaworth, Cunningham looks much younger off-screen. Although we still think he's a dead ringer for "Parks and Recreation's" Nick Offerman. They could play brothers!
