Mary Berry - Minted lemon and poppy seed tray-bake. Doubled the poppy seeds and substituted the milk for juice of a lemon (added splash of milk to loosen). Did it 160 *C in IKEA bundt pan (ring) for about 40 mins then turned up to 180 to brown top a little more.
Frosted courgette (zuccini) & lemon cake... This is AMAZING and you cannot taste the courgettes... I even fooled a work colleague who hates all veg into loving this.. The courgettes make the cake very moist
