Cut lemons in half and scoop out the insides. Add one cup of pink lemonade to a saucepan, sprinkle in two packets of gelatin. Let it sit for two minutes. Heat the lemonade over a low heat, stirring, until the gelatin has dissolved. Stir in a cup of vodka. Pour the mix into the lemon halves. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Cut the lemons into quarters and serve.
