Beetroot, Chocolate and Lapsang Souchong Tea Truffles

Bata no mixer a polpa de 1 abacate bem maduro com 1 colher de sopa de biomassa de banana verde até obter um creme homogêneo, sem nenhum pedacinho à vista. Leve ao fogo baixo 2 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco, 80g de creme de avelã e 1/4 de xícara de chocolate 70% cacau (isso mesmo, o meio amargo) até que tudo derreta.
