This is what I will be doing as soon as the ground dries up! I'm getting excited to have the body I have been wanting since I gained the weight. I am half way there, lost 30 pounds and have 25 lbs to go!
In between lifting weights I did 2 min jump rope session and omg I feel my old cheer body coming back! :)
