Indian Spiced Chickpeas, Potatoes and Spinach..... A very simple curry, made with chickpeas and spinach. Best made freshly ground coriander and cumin seeds. Adjust the amount of chilli to suit how hot you like your curry.
One day, I will make these for my soon to be husband. After two hours of hard work and baking time, I will proudly serve him them. He will eat them and not even realize they are amazing little roses, at which point I will just freak out on him and vow to never make him dinner again.
