Chili cheese dip - 1 block of Velveeta, 1 Can Hormel Chili no beans, 1 lb of ground beef, cooked & crumbled, 1 8 ounces package of cream cheese. Add to crock pot, warm until melted. Stir and serve...with tortilla chips, corn chips, great over baked potatoes or on a hot dog.
Chili cheese dip: one can Hormel chili with no beans, one can Rotel Mexican style, and 16 ounce Mexican Velveeta. Mix all together, bring to a boil, and serve with your favorite Tortilla Chips or Fritos.
Chili’s Skillet Queso Dip Copycat: Cube 1 lb. of Velvetta in skillet and add 1 (15 ounce) can Hormel No Beans Chili, 1 c. milk, 2 t. chili powder, 2 t. paprika, 1 Tbs. lime juice, 1/2 t. ground cayenne pepper, & 1/2 t. ground cumin. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until cheese is melted. Reduce to low and allow to simmer for best flavor.
