Homemade Sloppy Joe Recipe from The Pioneer Woman - made on 2/2 for the super bowl. These were totally delicious. I used 2 lb ground turkey and 1/2 lb ground beef. Also added additional red/yellow/orange peppers
Sloppy Joe Tacos. I tested this for my Shrinking On a Budget Meal Plan last night .I did substitute a homemade Sloppy Joe sauce (not a fan of Manwich), and reduced fat sharp cheddar. Other than that, this was already a lean and fairly PointsPlus friendly entree. The kids went crazy over it!
