Dark Chocolate Rhubarb Brownie. These are TRULY AMAZING!!!!!!! I switched out the sugar for 1/3 coconut sugar, 1/3 organic sugar and 1/3 agave, actually a little less agave, it's really sweet and I LOVE dark chocolate. I also used gluten free flour that I had mixed, and added 1/2 c unsweetened shredded coconut, raisins and Trader Joes chocolate bits...... UNBELIEVABLE!!!
