Homemade no-bake breakfast no-powder protein bars - I have tried this recipe and they are lovely! I got 22 bars rather than 16 as recipe suggests. 10g protein per bar. Would be amazing with dark chocolate on ha ha.

Healthy egg & chips - had this for tea tonight as part of a fast day. It was really tasty and a substantial amount . Two substitions though - I used low calorie spray instead of oil and cherry tomatoes as I had no mushrooms. Definately be trying this again (maybe as breakfast next time)!
