We all know the stage musical HAIR, but the film adaptation, directed by Miloš Forman, came out in 1979, well after the demise of the Age of Aquarius, and thus didn't make much of a dent at the box office. The movie deviates greatly from the original stage production, but Forman, despite being born and raised in Czechoslovakia, manages to capture the zeitgeist of the era. No wonder he'd go on to win an Oscar a few years later for AMADEUS.
Errol Flynn looking pretty. This guy was a rogue and a scoundrel BUT that being said he was a swashbuckler actor that inspired many ideals in my young life, more for the roles he played than the man he actually was.
