Pumpkin Pudding - mix 5.3 oz cup of 0% plain greek yogurt with 1/2 cup pumpkin puree and some pumpkin spice, sprinkle some mini chocolate chips in that baby. Makes 2 snack servings. Great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree.
