We bought this bin last year from a farmer and dismantled it ourselves in 8 hours and brought it home. Ed reassembled it this spring and used beams from the barn we had to tear down to make the pergola. The old door was here when we moved in and I just painted it red. We love it!
While driving though Kansas, architect Christoph Kaiser , noticed a dismantled, 1955 era grain silo. A short conversation with the farmer owner and the bits and pieces has a new owner, and soon, a new address.
