Vegetable Fried Rice

Something really special about this Vegetable Fried Rice is the Indo-Chinese influence in this recipe. It is extremely easy as I record and they taste delicious on its own and out of the world when paired with a Saucy Gobi Manchurian or a Schezwan Gravy.

Gobi Manchurian- Fried Cauliflower in Spicy Sauce - This sounds fantastic! Only I will not fry the cauliflower. I would batter it and cook it in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Vegetable Manchurian

I haven't posted any Indian Chinese recipes in a while and was going through the archives when I realized that I had not blogged a popular Indian Chinese appetizer, Vegetable Manchurian. Its prepared almost on the same lines as Gobi Manchurian except that we use finely chopped mixed vegetables instead of Gobi (Cauliflower).
