London 2012: Lutalo Muhammad ready to prove his worth
A months ago, few outside the GB Taekwondo set-up knew the name Lutalo Muhammad. Fast-forward to the middle of June and that is no longer the case, following the the 21-year-old's surprise selection ahead of Aaron Cook in Team GB for this summer's Olympic Games.

European Champion Aaron Cook , who is self-funded after quitting the GB Taekwondo set-up last year, explains how he manages his time between training and the sponsor appearances which allow his to pay his support team. Cook, who became an honorary Power Ranger 2011, also tells BBC Sport's Nick Hope that the TV series inspired him to take up taekwondo at the age of five and how he wants to win multiple Olympic gold medals.
In Rio 2016 GB Taekwondo aim to build on the two medals they won at London 2012 and have teamed up with UK Sport and the English Institute of Sport for the 'Fighting Chance: Battle4Brazil' programme, which aims to boost Great Britain's world-class academy with the recruitment of athletes from non-Olympic martial arts.
