Griddled Sweet Potatoes with Mint, Chilli and Smoked Garlic

Salad Dressing | 500 g fat-free natural yoghurt sea salt freshly ground black pepper 2 teaspoons English mustard a small bunch of green and purple basil or coriander 1 clove of garlic, peeled ½ a fresh red chilli 2 tablespoons white wine or cider vinegar juice of ½ lemon
Courgette Salad. Serve immediately after making to avoid it going slushy. 2 large courgettes 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice 1 tbsp clear honey 2 tsp poppy seeds 1 small garlic clove , crushed salt and pepper , to taste
