Frozen yogurt chips...I actually used Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt. Put 2 cups yogurt in a mixing bowl. Puree 8 fresh strawberries with 1 ripe banana. Mix with yogurt and place in a piping bag. (I used a sandwich ziploc), pipe into small dots on wax paper and freeze! Easy peasy lemon squeesy, you have frozen yogurt chips!!!
Fresh fruit frozen yogurt pops 1 1/2 cups of Yoplait Source fat-free vanilla yogurt 2 cups of fresh, cut-up fruit – I used blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, orange and kiwi 1 tbsp. honey In a blender add your yogurt, fresh fruit and honey. I used only one variety of fruit per batch. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into small paper cups, or popsicle molds. Place your pops in the freezer and freeze about 6 hours, or until frozen.
