AIR FRIED CHIPS 1.Wash and peel the potatoes. 2.Slice them thinly. 3.Place in a large pot of cold water to soak for a few minutes. 4.Pop the duck fat in the Berg Air Fryer and heat for 2 minutes. 5.Drain the potato slices well; then pat dry in tea towel, or swirl in a salad spinner. 6.Add to the Air fry tray and spread them out. 7.Cook for 40 to 50 minutes, at 10 minute intervals.
