Nigella Lawson’s Chocolate Orange cake. This cake is deliciously moist, thanks to the almond meal (making it gluten free), 2 whole oranges (yes, whole) and 6 eggs. It’s also supremely easy to make as it’s all done in the food processor. Yay for simple cakes!
Broccoli and chickpea bites Make these little numbers small and they are the perfect canapé. Make them medium sized and that’s lunch sorted or a meal for children (with or without the chilli) or go larger again and have a meat free alternative to a burge
Chocolate olive oil cake, from Nigella. Absolutely delicious & incredibly quick & easy to make. I added a 1/2 tsp of ground dried chilli flakes for an extra, subtle, kick. It definitely got the Thumbs Up from my co-workers!
