3 Ingredient Flourless Peanut Butter Cake // I finally made this! It was different, but good. I actually thought it could use a little more peanut butter. I did add chocolate chips, but at the beginning, so they sunk to the bottom. Next time, I'll add them towards the end so they melt but don't sink all the way to the bottom. #glutenfree
APPLE AND ALMOND CAKE It's astonishing how buttery this cake tastes, given that there is not a gram of butter in it. The flour is replaced with ground almonds - and cooked, cooled, pureed fruit provides moistness and flavour.
