1902 Reber Touring Car The Reber was an American Automobile that was produced in Reading, PA by James C. Reber. The Reber Mfg. Co. was founded in 1892 to make bicycles but switched to automobile by 1902. The first Reber was equipped with a two cylinder water cooled vertical engine rated at 12 horsepower. A three speed transmission was used that had three speeds forward and reverse. Final drive was by a double chain.
