Like, to be honest, just because I know myself, I'm sure that my own "trust no one ever" philosophy will rub off on any children of either gender I may have. But I'm all for teaching respect too, and hopefully eventually creating a world where distrust doesn't need to be everyone's default.
Narcs’ disregard for others goes far beyond simply not caring very much about them to purposely wanting to hurt, exploit, manipulate, and that makes them capable of the most serious kinds of relational abuse.
There's a difference between being #introverted, being #shy, and being #anxious. They are NOT synonymous; however, it's been shown that these traits often overlap. Being introverted means that you feel drained after social interaction. Being shy means that you find social interaction embarrassing. Having #socialanxiety feels more like panic. What about you?
