Southport Football Club is an English football club based in Southport, Lancashire. The club participates in the Conference Premier, the fifth tier of English football. From 1921 to 1978 they were a Football League club. They play their home matches at Merseyrail Community Stadium, which has a capacity of 6,008 (1,884 seated, 4,124 standing). They are known by their nickname "The Sandgrounders"
Newport County - I've included them even though they're Welsh - they are a Conference side for season 2012/13 and in the past played in the lower reaches of the Football League. They even reached the quarter-finals of the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1981!
