Trisha Yearwood's magic lemon meringue pie... I don't really know why they call it Trisha 's recipe cuz my family has been making this basic recipe for years and we got it from the Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk label. We do add a teaspoon of vanilla to the meringue.
No-Bake Lemon Pie adapted from Taste of Home (Printable Recipe) 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand) 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 (8oz) tub cool-whip 1 9-inch graham cracker crust Whisk together milk and lemon juice. Carefully fold in cool-whip. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm.
