Some of these are good but avoid cliche responses (Like attempting to hide a strength as a weakness) ... As a recruiter that type of response pisses me off. Think about instead a weakness that you are working on turning into a strength. It shows you're aware and actively making self-improvements
For getting that interview (in an ideal world). In the real world, you got to know someone, and then hopefully they are related to you and love you or owe you a favor - otherwise, well let's hope you have a rare skill that no one else in the world can do.
