Ma’am, dismount that manatee. 53 year-old FL woman Ana Gloria Garcia Gutierrez was arrested for hopping aboard a sea cows protected by FL law. The second-degree misdemeanor could = $500 or 60 days in jail. She stepped forward after realizing she was the woman caught astride a manatee in photos released by the Pinellas County sheriff. She said she was new to the area and didn't know playing cowgirl with the creatures was a no-no.
