The Mayaland Lodge at Chichen Itza is defined as luxury, but in my opinion it was a different type of luxury. It's simple and everything worked...The reason why we chose this hotel was due to its access to Chichen Itza. If we went back we would stay there again - and have no problems recommending this hotel based on this assumption.
