This cleaner had done what so many other bathroom products had failed to do – it had managed to penetrate that stubborn, grimy, super-scum layer to reveal the clean, shiny surface underneath. I didn’t even know it could look that clean! I’ve been using this magic soap scum remover for about 4 years now, and I’ve never looked back. Here’s how you can make your own homemade shower cleaner.
Dish Wand (got mine at the dollar store!) Dish Soap Vinegar Simply fill your wand with half soap and half vinegar. Yeah. That's it. Shake it up and get cleaning! I hung mine up in the shower using a suction cup/hook thing (also a dollar store find) so it's always within easy reach. Then before I get out of the shower I give it a quick scrub and rinse! Easy-peasy!
Magic Cleaner.. 2 oz. Dawn, 4 oz. bottled Lemon Juice, 8 oz. White Vinegar, 10 oz. Water. The secret is to spray on surface, let sit overnight (or longer) and then wipe with clean, wet cloths to remove residue. *In the oven, do NOT use heat, just spray, let sit, wipe clean. *For showers, just spray, rinse and if you like the shine, wipe with dry towels. *The secret on whatever you chose to clean is to let it sit, then rinse off the residue. Amazing stuff!
