David Chang's Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe // I made this on the day before the snowstorm that never happened! 1/26/15 it was really good and very rich but somewhat complex and takes a few hours 3+ I think you could get away with skipping vegetable broth and cooking chicken broth for less time. But I really enjoyed it and would make again maybe a cheat version.
