Lourdes Sanchez is a painter who primarily works in watercolors and ink on paper. She grew up in Queens, N.Y., but was born in Havana, Cuba.Her large scaled watercolors have been exhibited in installations worldwide, and her paintings are in numerous private and public collections. She currently lives and works in Brooklyn , N.Y, and Merida, Yucatan.
