Im having this delicious Vegan Quiche this morning. Its soooo good! I add crushed garlic and Daiya mozzarella and use spinach instead of brocolli. YUM!   *Be sure to fully drain the spinach and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.

#Dominos Garlic and Herb Dip recipe: 3 tblspn Mayo  1 clove crushed garlic 1 and 1/2 tspn Parsley  1/2 tspn Mustard  1 tspn lemon juice Mix the above together in a bowl and then add milk (slowly) to make the right consistency. Lovely stuff!

Courgette Salad.  Serve immediately after making to avoid it going slushy.  2 large courgettes  3 tbsp olive oil  1 tbsp lemon or lime juice  1 tbsp clear honey  2 tsp poppy seeds  1 small garlic clove , crushed  salt and pepper , to taste

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken. Slimming World friendly.   3 tbsp sweetener 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 5 tbsp worchester sauce 1 tsp mustard powder 500ml passatta  2 cloves of crushed garlic Chicken breasts.   I placed all the above ingredients in the Slow Cooker and cooked on low from 7am until 6pm.   I served with jacket potato and grated cheese.
