So good! Recipe calls for only butter to braise but I needed to add some veg oil to keep it from burning. Otherwise, followed the recipe and it was a hit for all who enjoyed - will be making again! -AG
Best Polenta recipe!. I've made this polenta probably a million times, and its so easy to come up with variations- throw in chopped roasted red pepper, add jalepenos, roasted garlic, try different cheeses. Perfect with a bowl of spicy chili!
