Creamy Crawfish Bisque

Crawfish bisque. Pour 2 cans cream of potato soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained), one stick of butter cut into pieces, 4 oz cream cheese, 1 pint halfhalf, 1 pkg frozen crawfish meat - thawed, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper into crock pot and simmer for ~3 hours. This is my family's Christmas Eve dinner! So easy and so good.

Crawfish Bisque its a labor of love.....It's crawfish time here in the swamps of Louisiana...sha ya gotta love it!

Louisiana Corn & Crawfish chowder: In a gumbo pot melt one stick of butter. Add 1/2 container of Guidry's creole seasoning & sauté. Then add 1lb of crawfish tails, 1 quart of half and half, 2 cans of whole kernel corn (drained), 2 cans of cream style corn, 1 can of cream of mushroom, one can of cream of potato & mix. Season to desired spiciness with Toney Chachere's and simmer for 45 minutes.
