CRABMEAT & CHEESE CASSEROLE} Mix 16 oz. IMITATION CRABMEAT; 1/2 c. SOUR CREAM; T. LEMON JUICE; Pinch GARLIC SALT; 1 ¼ c. CHEDDAR CHEESE; 8 oz. Softened CREAM CHEESE; 2 T. MAYONNAISE; 1 ¼ t. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE; 1 T. SUGAR; 1 T. MILK, spoon into greased casserole dish. SAVE half cheese to sprinkle on top; Bake 325°, 30 min.
This spicy crab casserole is a specialty of Sting-Ray's in Cape Charles, Virginia. Great baked until lightly browned and bubbling in the center and served hot with toast on the side. A winner in our house.
This is a wonderful casserole that contains, lobster, shrimp and crab meat. Mix all ingredients add to a oven proof casserole dish, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rice. Recipe may be doubled if desired.
