Quick Crab Alfredo - This came out pretty amazing, actually. It needs another cup of milk for high altitude and you should use 1/4 - 1/2" chunks of crab. Didn't use parsley and I definitely recommend separating out the ingredients prior to cooking. Otherwise it would be a bitch to add it all the pan without burning your onions.
Red Lobster Crab Alfredo recipe 4tbsp butter, 4 tbsp flour, 2c heavy cream, 1/2 c grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Melt butter in pan, add flour and briefly cook ...do not let it start to color! Add cream and cook until thick. Add cheese and spices to taste. Add crab or shrimp.
