So simple to make, lovely and moist. To freeze them, wrap the cooled fritters in foil in a single layer with 2 fritters per packet. To serve preheat the oven to 180C/350F/160 fan and put the frozen fritters on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 8 minutes, until hot. These sweetcorn fritters can also be made with gluten free flour.
