Being called 'lazy' is the worst part...I'm not lazy - I'm in TONS of pain! But, since I'm also the one that says she's 'fine' all the time, I guess I shouldn't expect them to understand how I feel on days when I would rather have someone chop my feet off than to have to stand/walk on them.

It has to be really, really bad before most of us complain about the pain. The constant, chronic pain we live with - no, we very seldom, if ever, talk about it. Compare that to a healthy person who gets some kind of pain (headache, toothache, etc.) for just a couple of days. They're quite vocal about it.

Now and then I get into another kind of tired and sometimes I don't recognize it for what it is, low blood sugar, because I'm so used to CFS/ ME being the reason for all my fatigue.

ortheoarthritis of the knee...painful most of the time. Sometimes though? No pain at all while sitting. Amazing.
