Consequence Jar...pair with a rewards jar for good behavior. I would call them "Good Decision" and "Bad Decision" jars.

How about separate jars. Chore jar, reward jar, consequence jar. Pick a chore, then pick a reward if they do it or consequence if they don't. Reward and consequence jars can be used for other things too.
