Arequipe :(Colombian dessert food that is also known as dulce de luche. It is a rich, very sweet caramel-type sauce )  Recipe:   3 liters of milk  2 pounds of sugar  1 pinch of salt  ½ teaspoon of baking soda  1 stick of cinnamon.  Put all ingredients in a pan, preferably copper, and left to simmer, without turning, until preparation looks thick.  Then, stir with a large wooden spoon, and when you begin to see the bottom of the pan, remove from heat to other container.
