Clematis ‘Fragrant Oberon’ is evergreen and highly perfumed. It flowers in abundance in the spring, and can be grown in pots/planters or in the ground. The blooms from Fragrant Oberon are around 1 inch in diameter, however it produces hundreds of them. Very low maintenance as it is in the ' No Pruning ' group of Clematis.
